What a year
|

I am very thankful to my colleagues, my leaders, the company and our CEO for navigating us through what could have been such a terrible year. We have come out the other end. i have put in a lot of time and work in building my career here and the other end is incredible thanks to each of you. I am motivated today seeing a weak hater share a sentiment of untruth here. Sad but the reality is you make what you put into any sales environment.

Candidates and clients BEWARE, there are far better agencies to work with. Very poor compensation plan and they don't have a structured commission payout plan, so you're SOL on your commissions. Toxic environment, lack of professionalism in the workplace, and they don't care about you, you are just a number to them because there is no development. STEER CLEAR.

Best agency I have ever worked for!

I have worked for some absolutely terrible agencies and when I first found my home at JBCconnect I thought it was to good to be true. After being with the company for more than 4 years now I can honestly say that this is the most incredible place I have ever worked. Our leadership is completely transparent and they are constantly motivating our team and pushing us to succeed. I have never felt more supported in my 9+ years of recruiting. I have build amazing relationships with my co-workers and I know I will have life long friends...I feel this way about the leadership too. I LOVE YOU JBC!

I am not one to normally write a review but reading the last one posted here I could not help myself to share my disagreement more strongly. YES this company has a unique approach and culture that is not for everyone. Our leadership is not Wall Street Professional by any means but CARE and ETHICS is everything here. I have been selling my entire career and i have never been asked to do anything but work hard and ethically here at JBC and I am incredibly proud to call this place my home.

when you are working for them, they reply your email queries pretty fast

Another mid/low recruitment agency giving low daily fees and keeping a good margin for themselves. They just care about their clients, contractors are just a tool to have their clients happy. They do not communicate enough good contractors worries or needs with the client. Hence they don't do the right job. Once they don't want you they just do not reply your emails. Clear lack of profesionality.

JBC really values you as a recruiter, vs. just a metric they have to hit. They allow you work hard and succeed without being stressed everyday about hitting a certain number/budget. I was hesitant to start at another agency after my prior experiences, but they have really blown me away with the care for their employees
|
