They really care about their team and other employees in the company -Had some awesome colleagues long the way. (I had a lot more, however, the ways things ended really eliminated a lot of my pros) -Very "Cliquey" - Loyalty doesn't seem to mean much. -Management hiring "friends" (This adds to the cliquey environment) -Need to coordinate between departments. -You have made it harder and harder for employees to nominate their colleagues for a COMMIT award, it makes no sense to "DENY" someone who is trying to nominate their colleague for something that stood out in their eye. 1.0 POSITIVE 0.0 NEUTRAL 0.0 NO_OPINION 0.0 3.0 4.0 4.0 3.0 5.0 3.0 877248 Open Overall, management needs to stay in front of and eliminate "Cliques" sooner rather than later. Favoritism and nepotism definitely stood out over the years. BRING BACK the regular COMMIT awards, your team is working HARD since half the company is gone, and they deserve it.
