Where to begin?
Management are clueless, spineless and delusional
Environment is similar to that of a detention centre
Horrendous people management
No perks or benefits other than the stale, disgusting fruit deliveries
Random firings
Constant changing of the company's strategy/business model
Confined to a dark room in the middle of the building with no windows - the lack of natural light genuinely causes depression
Very much a "Boys Club" attitude
Zero chance of career progression, salary increase, continued learning or development
Despite what the email signatures say, there are no offices in New York or Toronto - the London one is a storage unit.
I'll stop there.

Hard one this... city centre location?

Honestly, some of the worst years of my career.
The founders (who are also jointly terrible CEO's) regularly change the direction of the company on a whim with no communication and with really bad ideas. People who question the atmosphere, management style, product or path the company is on are considered toxic and incompetent and managed out. Most of the people currently leading teams have no proper background in their field or experience of people management and mirror the founders, bullying others in the company, pointing fingers to pass blame etc.
Lots of favouritism and fear goes on at Jobbio. People are given the sack without warning or good reason and if people quit the founders tell people that they were 'exited' instead. People were asked to write positive reviews (just look at the dates they were posted) and the management have gone out of their way to have negative ones removed, which says a lot about their head in the sand mentality.
The product doesn't work and was an idea that might have succeeded if it got proper development five years ago but due to lack of interest from the founders in building something properly has missed its chance to a now saturated market of software companies doing it bigger and better.
Ultimately it's a really unpleasant atmosphere with zero transparency and dictatorial and bullying management from the top, Terrible culture overall.
