Great coffee and they teach new comers how to use a Marzocco .

Upper management keeps saying that they care about the employees. Meanwhile employees are suffering working in older stores. We had to make due with broken equipment and baristas will get hurt.

Roll outs are disorganized. Turn over is rough. Upper management is a bit disjointed and it’s frustrating. Lots of training and the health insurance is available but expensive.
