Younger employees often turn over so there are new openings pretty frequently. It's a place to get your start I suppose. The administration is disconnected from employees and students. There's a glaring lack of diversity throughout, but also at the highest levels where there is a painful lack of women and literally zero non-white people. You can blame some of it on the demographics of the field and the area, but it's also clear there is a cultural bias in place. As a younger person, my opinions were never taken seriously until someone older (and male) brought them up. Then they were lauded. I would just say, don't expect to find a career here if you're young and starting out. They love to hire from 'within' but that usually just means hiring the spouse of an employee to fill a position they're not qualified to do, leading to some very frustrating work dynamics. -1.0 NEGATIVE -1.0 NEGATIVE 0.0 2.0 2.0 1.0 1.0 2.0 1.0 129330 Open You need to start doing things that make you VERY uncomfortable. The boss is great and really cares about the employees and the people that they serve. Sometime you have too much fun.
