Health code violations, safety violations and lack of care from management of the facilities. In the two weeks I have been Store Director at your Modesto location I have seen how much in chaos this company truly is. The amount of failure on the upper management side is astounding. The amount of lack of support for the management on the store level, lack of coaching, but rather constant Micromanaging from upper management. HR has zero care for the employees and is only there to protect the company and allows their upper managers to create a hostile work environment that they do nothing about. Stay away from this company is the most sound advice I can give any potential employee, from management down to dishwashers. This company could care less about you. They wonder why turnover is so high…well here it is. Fix your problems from the top first and maybe you have a chance. I doubt it. I’d be suprised to see this company in 10 years.
