This is a dismal place to work. Employees are not trusted or valued and there is a pretty much constantly revolving door. The sales pitch to prospective employees is great but the reality honestly is as most reviews describe. As others have said, be wary about the positive reviews.

Poor management styles and complete lack of trust in employees. Also very high staff turnover. All the negative reviews are sadly accurate, and I’d be very wary of the positive reviews.

- Team of generally very kind, hardworking staff
- Good staff discount

- Staff safety during the pandemic has come second to business growth
- An inflexible workplace due to upper management's lack of trust in workforce
- Common to see knee-jerk, emotion led reactions when things are not going to plan which leads to quick hires and fires
- Annual performance reviews are just for show
- Difficult to progress through the business
- No HR means very little communication or transparency in the business

Advice to prospective employees: interrogate your role and your opportunities to grow in the company before accepting a position. Be wary of newly created roles as they often don't last long.
Advice to employers: trust your employees and actually put them before the business because at the end of the day, they are what make the business great. Start by getting someone in HR!

Interesting business model but not a good working environment

Interesting to get your head around manufacturing goods, some people even though they know is a bad place to work, try to be as positive as possible.
|
Terrible leadership, IT is deficient and slow. The CEOs have attitude issues and clearly don't care about their staff. No progression either. Everyone seems to be in a bad mood frequently. Nothing works as it should and no support. Definitely not the place to advance in your career. If you have multiple job offers leave this one for your last resort, otherwise you will regret it.
