The people are the best I've ever worked with. Everyone is kind, and always there to offer a helping hand. The company takes great pride in creating a healthy and positive work environment. Leadership empowers middle management to make decisions, suggestions, and improvements with no micro-management. Free product monthly and there is often events/lunches/happy hours.

Typical organizational pains that are not uncommon for a new company that has experience massive growth. Also, being a small company, the benefits are not on par with what you would experience with a larger organization: no retirement plans, minimal leave, minimal vacation, etc. Other than that, this is one of the best places I've worked, ever!

Leadership is out to make a buck and doesn't follow through on promises made to us about promotions and raises. . Lots of politics. Big layoffs spring/summer 2020 so many of my amazing co-workers are gone. I miss when it felt like we had a mission and that leadership cared about us. It is really a shame because it used to be a great place to be. Also benefits are expensive and no stock awards or 401k.

This was a wonderful startup to work for. They have great values and the owners are incredibly generous and kind people. I think everyone here has the best of intentions and truly care for customers and employees.

The company expanded rapidly and at times seemed to lack the structure and organization to support the growth. Communication between departments could definitely improve.
I felt that bringing up issues was somewhat looked down upon and seen as complaining.
The amount of events, training and homework expected sometimes felt overwhelming and infringed on having a healthy life balance.
