If you're good at networking it's a great place to work. The pay depends on your level and experience. It may take a few years if you're getting as an intern though. Depending on which groups you're in your socialization exposure will vary wildly just keep in mind. Works for some but not for all. Good thing is you can request to move from one group to another.

Was nice and welcoming to start , then soon went down hill ,after a month no wrk, sitting around , no fabric , no orders , loads wrk came back that was wrong was nightmare all needed repairs. No organisation, no communication, rushing to do the work which Hadn't been pattern cut properly so not fitting right. Needs skilled designer on site , no supervisor over upholstry side so anything was going out . Lost orders . Was promised they had full order books .

I was in human resources in the training department. Very diverse work in an academic engineering environment. Hours can be very long. I found the work challenging and rewarding.
