What is the best part of working at the company? This was very handy because you could simply log in and work, whenever you had the opportunity. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? At the time (2020-2021) the company's platform and process, was less than ideal. Customers should've had a better experience, before they got to an actual technician in my opinion. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Since this was remote, 'work environment' I guess is wherever you are!
