Pig headed people are reality checked at the door. It’s ingrained into the culture. I’d like to say there are opportunities for growth but I’ve yet to experience that for myself because I haven’t been here as long as others. It looks promising so I have my hopes up. Hard work means something here and you will be acknowledged/rewarded for it. This is a company that feels like it’s going places and to top it all off it’s staffed by a lot of young and energetic people who love what they do! A fun company but it requires hard work.
