great job perks and benefits, odd work culture at times

The management is great, very understanding, and accommodating. Work culture is amazing, with so many perks, fun events, free stuff, free food sometimes. The only issue I had, was that there's this odd standoffish vibe between the brands. Fabletics team think they run the place. A little catty/cliquey. A lot of teams talk bad about each other. Made me feel hesitant about sharing info or even letting myself get close to my coworkers. Also, a bit unorganized. We'd be working on a project and a couple of weeks later the brand decides they don't need it anymore. Waste of time.

How is unloading 4 trailers a day the same pay as someone holding a scanner all day. I’m sweating they’re dry and talking.. sad af

Overall
My experience working at TechStyle Fashion Group was good and bad. Seeing how much money techstyle wastes on lazy workers is sad. More hard working people need and opportunity rather than the lazy girls at inbound department.

Neither good nor bad job. During peak the pay was decent
|
When I worked here they would send us home early a lot or work us mandatory overtime a lot. I felt like I was being used instead of part of a team & that was my biggest issue. That & the pay decrease since peak season was over they cut our pay a crazy amount. I forgot how much but it was like 3-4 dollars on the hour.

Great place to work when not in overtime

Friendly co-workers.Everyone starts as a temp,easily replaced.Look forward to being driven to the point of exhaustion during peak season,which lasts 2-6 months and overtime can be called at any time 6 days a week 10 hrs a day all year. Once hired,this company does not work with you on absences or tardies.Once you point out, even if you worked there 6 years and are a lead,you WILL be fired.
