They hire friends . Big click with management.
They only talk to people they like and the ones they don’t like they ignore their concerns. Only listen to people in their click. Very dishonest management. They tell people to stay away from other employees bad mouthing them. And nice to their face. Can’t trust this company or the staff and employees. All are fake.

they only promote and protect their friends (management)
HR etc will NOT call you back to listen .they ignore your calls and only side with management so dont waste your breath trying to talk to them.
the big problem with this company is the warehouse manager.the the company wont listen to that.only manager you can trust and i hope i am right is twanada fitten. the rest are Snakes

Every one is like family. Management is understanding. Hours are made for a BIG check. The warehouse has definitely improved and take employees opinion into consideration. I can see the changes upper management has made for the workers.

I love working here at WR! They have such a great group of people to work with. It is very diverse and friendly! I have grown so much within the company already and have been here less than a year. The management tries to have fun group activities for the staff to do throughout the year. Such as cook outs and parties. This job has been the most beneficial and satisfying than any other job I have worked at.

Chaos daily, rude disrespectful so called supervisors. Dirty warehouse that looks like a episode of Hoarders. Management treats people like garbage. Hr needs to step in and train the supervisors how to be professional. Daily temper tantrums by bosses. Like being in high school. Daily meetings were bosses smoke their vape pens while workers have to listen to them push their personal agendas. Vaping while saggin your pants and cursing during meetings is unprofessional but not at wild republic. Sanitize each toy before u allow children to play with these foreign made toys. If u saw the dirt you would dry clean them twice before u allow your kids to touch them

Management is rude and disrespectful, but they expect you to treat them nicely and respectfully. They will talk about you behind your back, mainly to other management members, but still. They pay 6% under the national pay for pickers/packers. They don't have a clue how to run a business. Depending on what you are doing, you will end up working 12 or more hours instead of 8 or 10.

Wild Republic is a fun place to work. The CEO is great and very approachable. Wild Republic creates and designs all of their products (mainly stuffed animals) and has them manufactured then shipped to their warehouse for distribution.
