As a receptionist, you are the first person of contact, which means you will get a lot of upset patients. This can be draining but on top of that, to make it worse, co-workers are constantly causing drama. Management is terrible because it's all about favoritism and pushing you to hit goal.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Very good, we are treated so well, good benefit, good training, flexible with schedule, we are treated special for all the good works we have done. I would highly recommend this work palace, if given a chance I would like to go back to this organization, but unfortunately I’m here now at east coast and my work is in west coast.

I don’t remember any stressful part when I was working there. I can get along with my co-workers, and my managers.
