The pay actually got reduced for part time instructors which is an absolute joke because they didn’t pay you enough to live on even before the reduction. Meanwhile, you pour yourself into the job that you love doing because you’re teaching what you love and the school gets the reward because you make them look good. Schools that rely on part timers should learn to treat them better. ??? Loved my students. Usually working by yourself, instructions are clearly laid out.
