-trying to improve the corporate culture
-improving communication from corporate
-NSM was the best I’ve ever been to in my career this Feb
-Good Pay (depends on your manager, like all Pharma jobs)
-improving HR
-Good car stipend
-modify goals if nation doesn’t do well predicated off issues in market, ie Walgreens debacle
-I have a great team and manager
-Marketing team is the BOMB! I’ve never worked for a company where they provide the best icva and it’s updated all the time with new ways to engage physicians. Seriously, the marketing team listens to its sales force and they produce great stuff for us.

-turnover is high, but they are really trying to fix our culture
-Motus, Motus, Motus...seriously no one likes to have a homing device attached to them when they’re working.
-Even though they’re a small company, sometimes aren’t as agile as you’d think Compared to large pharma company
