The company has a really fun culture that makes working a lot of fun. There are several team building exercises that help break up the monotony of a regular business week. The pay is pretty good because of the residual you can build up over time, but it takes about 6 months to really notice a difference in your paycheck. It can be a grind just like any other sales job. When the leads are slow, cold-calling is required to meet the metrics. Management requires a minimum of 65 calls and 2.5 hours on the phone.
