Until they get overworked. Project Managers suck. They blame everything on the superintendents. I would point out items that concerned me before the start of the project that I would see on the plans. They would say we will handle it later. Later came and it was a fight to get those items fixed. Values are crap. Constant liars especially management. They do not back the superintendents but listen to the project managers who lie and say the work is done All the project managers are liars and talk behind your back. Contracts never signed for subs when needed or change orders. Get blamed for failed inspections when you cover a job for someone else. This company doesn't care for employees.
