Kelton has a wide range of impressive clients across many industries and the employees are smart, driven and hard working.

It’s a place that one can certainly learn a lot, but the toxic culture heavily outweighs the benefits. From the top down, there is absolutely no respect for work life balance — expect to work late nights and most weekends with no appreciation from leadership. Employees across the board are underpaid and overworked which leads to a high-stress environment. It is commons for employees to be openly disrespectful and unprofessional to one another with no repercussions. It is not uncommon to see employees crying at their desks. HR is extremely mismanaged and disorganized, do not work here!

Founders like many small business owners can’t lead - they rely on salesmanship and charisma and questionable ethics but have a chaotic management style, poor communication skills and don’t know how actually lead. They can’t set a clear direction or stick to it long enough for the senior team to execute.
There is a lot of talk about culture, but little actual care given to cultivating it.

The company is completed outdated in terms of culture and management. They peg themselves as a "creative" company, but having come from advertising - the working environment is anything but creative.
Employees are unnaturally fearful of management and afraid at times to leave the office to grab a coffee with a coworker and run the risk of looking unproductive or uncommitted to the work.
Those that succeed are those that are either at the VP level or above or are employees that started as interns and have grown up working there. As an outsider who has worked at a number of companies with exceptional cultures, it was difficult to understand expectations or processes as they are't clearly laid out. As an employee, you feel siloed without much collaboration or cross-functional interaction - elements inherent to a creative environment.
The company needs to take a serious look at how other companies are structured, managed, and most importantly - treating their employees. It's no surprise that the turnover rate is 30% which far above industry standards.
