Even though the company is growing it still has an entrepreneurial feel, so it's definitely the right fit for self-starters and people who enjoy taking ownership of projects. Sharing new ideas is highly encouraged and appreciated, regardless of your job title, which is very refreshing. The company is also extremely transparent, which makes me care so much more about my work and how I'm contributing to the company. None of them, however, had any formal training in research. They are not serious researchers. Also, there is a culture of selling projects without really knowing how to pull them off. That's something they'll figure out later. Great salespeople.
