Not a bad job. I worked a la carte for lunch. Not going to get rich off the lunch crowd but dinner is better. They do 18 percent gratuity no matter what so thats nice you don't have to worry about getting stiffed

I was a housekeeper there for a summer and I thought it was a great job. The manager is great and very understanding. If you’re a student or someone who’s looking for a great first job, I highly recommend this place.

I enjoy working at Kent Country Club because of the members and the fun staff. They offer both banquet serving and a la carte dining year-round. If you are interested in banquet serving, be aware that there is a lot of furniture moving to set up the rooms for the banquets. If you are interested in a la carte serving, there are no flipping tables as it is a member only club so there can be nights with no tables.

Working at Kent has been great. All the members of the club are very friendly. This is a small club and has a family atmosphere. At Kent CC thanks can be more laid back and slow at times. But services is always on point.
