The pay scale is good for the company this size. Benefits includes medical, dental, and vision benefits which is good for the company this size. They are in a small niche market that does not have too many competitors. The market they are in is very small. There is not much room to grow for the company. In order to increase sales, they would have to venture into a different market which would be difficult, not to mention risky. The company only has a few large customers which accounts for almost all of the sales of the company.
