Poorly managed organization.

A very poorly managed organization. Lot of politics and favoritism. They show off of their rich and open culture but everything if false. Gross micromanagement is practiced and people with innovative ideas are punished, terminated even. They can do anything to get projects.
Huge job insecurity, safe only if you please your boss.
Highly discourage people with self esteem to join this company.

overall the environment you walk into is very warming, and it makes you feel welcomed. Being that the owner is of Italian decent he keeps to the traditional way of what an actual Italian pizzeria sit-down would feel. They have classes which i think elevates the whole aspect of it. Whats so good is that its great for all ages, you get a brief history lesson on the history of pizza, and your the one making your own pizza which you enjoy to your delight; and for those who love a nice wine to accompany their food they offer a nice selection for red and white wines. As well as an array of mixed cocktails and spirits.

A low paying rollercoaster

The management never truly knows what it is they want.
There is not formal on boarding and at times they may forget about you if you do not bug them.
You will go from having absolutely nothing to do... to being rushed to complete a task you could have been working on before. Expect to teach yourself everything if you can even find any formal documentation on the platforms they use. If you do ask for help count of getting the run around or someone flat out telling you that they do not know.
Do not expect to learn anything from the seniors and team leads. Most are clueless and you will be quick to figure this out. If you are after a true software engineering position and your market value as such... please steer clear. I beg you.
You may also be asked to travel even though they will likely pay you under industry average.

OK job, high turnover, low morale

Working there was okay, but the environment could improve. Morale was somewhat low due to high turnover rate and fear of losing one's job. Hiring, then firing, seemed commonplace with the upper management. Jobs also lost due to outsourcing.

They staff overall were mutual, but there were favoritism. You only got 30 minute break for a 10hr shift. Had no time to eat. It was a cool experience and bad at the same time !
