The pay was pretty good.
|
Completely unrealistic expectations from management. Keystone does zero marketing and has little to no name recognition. To add insult to injury, they have the highest prices in the industry. As a sales rep you are stuck selling an expensive and unknown product that surgeons have no incentive or interest in switching to.
Management can be toxic, verbally aggressive, and will micromanage. A culture that is not conducive to success and will slowly wear you down. Treated grown adults as if they were children.

Created a larger skill set to provide for future employer. Travel was also part of the job description; company truly takes care of its employees when traveling and in office.
