No help when the police are on his side, and have to pleasure him by stroking his ego daily. Paid under minimum wage and work over 70 hours a week. private:keystonesolutions https://www.glassdoor.com?employer_id=638668 Dec 13th, 2016 12:00AM Open Open Keystone Solutions United States USA A great place for self-starters and seasoned professionals Good compensation, remote work environment, excellent colleagues, fulfilling day-to-day tasks and control over the outcome, reasonable expectations about billable time, interesting clients, generous sick leave policy. Keystone is a great place for experienced professionals who want to explore and expand their skill set or work in a more entrepreneurial environment. Management gives its employees a great deal of latitude to manage their day-to-day work and to help clients achieve their goals by doing their very best. Micromanagement is not part of the Keystone culture. The "can-do," agile culture can be energizing to be around. Lack of documented procedures, few formalized best practices, middling to poor benefits package, infrequent communication from management, no formal on-boarding process, inadequate time off. If you're looking for a detailed mentoring experience, Keystone is probably not the place for you. The on-boarding process is almost non-existent and new employees are frequently thrown into projects quickly with little vetting of whether they have enough experience with the technology required. That works okay with someone who has strong experience in the field - in fact they may find it refreshing - but it is frustrating and stressful for someone who is just starting out in their career. There is a general feeling of impatience at Keystone that doesn't lend itself well to long ramp-up times or development of long-term initiatives. Communication from management is infrequent and sometimes inconsistent. If you want a clear, well-developed, structured path to advancement or professional development, you will not find that here. But if you like to carve your own path, Keystone may be just what you need. 1.0 POSITIVE 1.0 POSITIVE 1.0 APPROVE 1.0 4.0 3.0 4.0 4.0 3.0 4.0 638668 Open Provide incentives/awards for best practice development and refinement. Plan further in advance and share those plans with employees. Give employees ample advance notice about changes to benefits and HR policies or other things that will impact them. Rebuild a formal on-boarding process. Communicate consistently and thoughtfully when someone joins or leaves the company. There are few things more demoralizing to employees than when you send an email to a colleague only discover they have been gone for days. Most importantly: (1) Communicate honestly. (2) Make good on your promises. If you have told employees to expect something, follow through. 0.0 [] No Yes 4.0 Mar 14th, 2021 10:14PM Mar 14th, 2021 10:14PM Keystone Solutions Industrials Support Services

private:keystonesolutions https://www.glassdoor.com?employer_id=638668 Jun 9th, 2015 12:00AM Open Open Keystone Solutions United States USA Used to be a respected player, now just feels like a sinking ship Fairly competitive pay, remote work. Quick hiring process. Exposure to lots of different clients. Miserable atmosphere and non-existent culture. Ops staff is incompetent and indifferent; they took nearly six months to set up health insurance and still didn't have dental or vision figured out by the time I left (nearly a year) Lots of politics and rampant engagement mismanagement leads to a cutthroat workplace where honesty is a liability rather than a strength. So many disgruntled ex employees in the industry that we've considered forming a support group; no one seems to leave on a good note. CEO is a good guy, but he's letting self-interested, vindictive ops people run the company into the ground.
