Career school with many programs

I enjoyed teaching a variety of courses to a wide range of students. Supervisors allowed instructors freedom to conduct classes to their own style.
|
Unfortunately enrollments dropped and having so many programs made it difficult to enroll full classes of students. Equipment and lab upgrades showcased a top notch facility, unfortunately the ROI could not sustain it.

Management could have offered shorter programs with lower tuition costs to attract more students. Focus on low cost/low overhead academic programs that could be more profitable. Scale back on expensive programs.

Turnover is crazy

Long hours, that's about it. Closed on weekends so you can spend some time with your family. Some good people there.

Not being appreciated or recognized for what you do. Contribute alot and reap nothing. If you can't control a whole room of adults who act like children, that are disrespectful you will get fired.
