Very Rewarding
|
Working at KTI gave me more experience over all. Having some students with disabilities made it challenging at times. But at the end it was so rewarding. The staff I worked with were all so helpful. I am so very thankful for that. I had at times anywhere from 6 to 16 students at a time in a class.

The company needed better planning and management projection. The school closed one Monday without any warning. It was a great job, and a place to work, with great Co workers. Unfortunately administration needed a better plan to prevent a sudden closure. Many employees and students lives where interrupted. My heart went out to everyone.
