Comfortable office interior and some genuinely middle managers.

Some departments have lower-level employees that run the show. Thet lack skills, insincere and unprofessional. In fact, they laugh at the executives. The family and executives that operate the company are disingenuous and in it for themselves. Benefits are terrible!!! The occasional perks like a one-day expresso bar are "Let them eat cake" moments. An insult to those who have to work for a living and worry about health insurance fees and co-pays. Put the money into things the employee needs! How about furthering their education, benefits!
