This company has a start-up feel to it. I feel like I have a voice and I am able to see my recommendations come to life. I like the fast-paced and casual environment. I enjoy working with my manager. Things are not perfect but there are a lot of possibilities and potential which make working here exciting.

Run by unqualified family and friends.

I found this place to promise a lot and offer little. They lored me to a position there and said I would lead. The employees undermined by role and I never received any support from the owners. My directive was not what I was told it would be. The family that runs the business are cowards and clueless. They happen to fall into a growing area with lots of government rebates for their customers. It won't last and they know it. Their benefits that they offer are laughable. They have planned employee events like an espresso vendor. Please just spend the money on better benefits or here's a clue a 401K plan! The family is keeping the profits to themselves. Sad place. Look elsewhere as there is nothing here for you unless you married their son or daughter.

Overall, Keystone as a company has enormous potential and growth ahead. It's been expanding for years and the C-Suite is doing well with planning.
In my daily interactions though I am not happy. Although I bring many years of experience to the company, my boss is terrible and only cares for his clique. If you're not in it, your out. No encouragement, no help, no guidance.

Dont waste your time
|
The management is terrible at this place. Too many chiefs and not enough Indians. Only way to get a raise is to either be a lead or a supervisor and the money doesn't add up to the responsibility. They tell you you're doing a wonderful job, but don't show you they appreciate you. Warehouse employees get treated unfairly. Don't waste your time.

Slow paced, confused managers.

Horrible management. They tell you your family, but then dont explain anything when they let you go. There confused and have little work. Youll mostly stand around, or they will use you and throw you. Pay sucks if your not a supervisor.

I believe the above says it all. The upper management is unresponsive and flies by the seed of there pants. All this Company cares about is making the family money and not investing in there employees. Trying to get a raise is a joke. The biggest disaster is inventory department. Lastly, I worked in inside sales and my direct manager was way in over his head. He was very unorganized and very much a lot of politics going on here. The VP of Sales has no idea what he is doing. Basically a little kid doing a grown mans job.

Company has great potential

When I started with the company the benefit were great. There was an unfortunate situation that caused them to plummet badly. I do feel that managements heart is in the correct place.
Due to the unfortunate situation we as employees have suffered in ways that hurt us. I do still feel that this will eventually be corrected.
