Fast paced environment and a lot of fun, but expect a lot for pay given. Other peoples sales seemed to be up for grabs and then not placed in their names. Not a lot of support from team leaders/management.

The actual work, when you're able to focus on it, is incredibly enjoyable, however, the office politics, lack of job security, and just overall day to day drama, make it near impossible to truly be successful.
The company is seriously lacking direction. The management is non-existant, offering no true leadership or guidance. HR is clueless as to what associates truly deal with on a day to day basis and the open-door policy is a complete joke. It's more like open-door to have yourself escorted from the building.
The merchants that you work with however, are typically great people. The sad part is that you don't need kgbdeals to work with these merchants.
The comp plan changes monthly. You never have any idea what you're actually going to be making when you work there. Doesn't matter how hard you worked that month. You may or may not get paid what you deserve. Best bet is to live within the means of your base salary. The comp plan LITERALLY says that they will make "their best effort" to pay you your commissions by the last Friday of the month following the period in which you earned your commission. That's not an exaggeration. The comp plan actually says that. And if they're late, too bad so sad... they DID tell you that they would TRY.
I can't say I would recommend this company to anyone. I'm not sure how much longer they'll actually be around, and if they do stick around, I can't vouch for how well you'll be treated. They have almost zero appreciation for their workforce. Everyone is replaceable.

*Management was the downfall. Company seemed to not esearch management hirees and meandered way in the industry. Seven managers in thirteen months.
*Co workers normal. High turnover.High of 80 reps and currently down to three.
*Hardest part of job was lack of focus and game plan. Management learned more from sales for direction.
*Most enjoyable part of the job were the clients.
