Their client portfolio is boring. There are no training opportunities. People are just shoved into projects and expected to learn for themselves. Trust is lost because people are let go every once in a while out of the blue. More than half the agency quit or was let go within a year. Upper management does not take time to learn about the staff or agency needs in a 15-person or less environment.
