There's a good mix of fun reporters, producers, and photogs. Management and leadership has changed over the last year, but was good when I was there. Workloads can be hefty and daunting at times, especially for multiskilled journalists there. Training for new hires wasn't the best. I hit the ground running and was left to ask questions/fend for myself in some situations. However, it's ultimately a Tegna station at the end of the day.
