KHA is a friendly and family-oriented firm. The people here are very laid back and have a great sense of humor. Even during busy season (which can be a stressful time), everyone is still cracking jokes and maintains a positive attitude. As a college student, they offer great flexibility with my crazy schedule. In addition, they offer excellent training and really mold you into a well-rounded accountant. I have handled a variety of accounting duties and am constantly learning every work day. Everyone (including partners) is easily accessible and always willing to help. I've really enjoyed the relationships that I've built with my coworkers over the course of this internship. I highly recommend this firm!

Compensation and Benefits are not ideal if you have not already received CPA certificate. High employee turnover for a small business.
