High turn over rate because nobody is payed enough, so production is constantly understaffed. This leads to many working six day weeks, which would be nice if the pay was good, but it's not. Most employees hold college degrees and work other jobs. Most jobs are part time, all are minimum wage, and full-time positions do not come with a pay raise, only a raise in hours that you work. Management is stingy on overtime even for breaking news because they want their bonuses at the end of the year. The employees were amazing - reporters, other producers, etc were so helpful and encouraging.
