Every office works it’s own specific way, creating a difference in benefits for the same job role in different locations. No HR department so heads of department can rule as they want. No career progression path or interesting bonuses. Good work environment, friendly staff Good compensation International and multicultural work Dynamic environment Actually not a company at all, but a project of a company, and a failed one in my opinion Strong politicking and power struggles across the entire organization Top management arbitrariness in decisions and resources allocation Were you insulted by someone? Nevermind, nobody will defend your rights Total anarchy and lack of structure. Every function and region does whatever they want Strong silo mentality and blaming-other culture No HR, no code of conduct, no shared values, no career development opportunities Several burnout cases across the company. They put employees to assume two job positions in one person Toxic managers keep their jobs and damage the morale of their teams. I was well compensated for my time and was able to work remotely on several projects. Overall communication was good. Because InnoEnergy is an EU-funded company, the paperwork for contracts and payments is extensive, and payment has often taken months to process after the delivery of goods.
