They have a lot of kids and parents who love the service and use it every day to book classes. Their online classes and tutoring has grown significantly since COVID, which has made it easier to teach and make money while working from home. You set your own prices compared to VarsityTutors, their commission fee is lower than other online tutoring sites, flexible schedule and hours, can teach entirely from home online You are an independent contractor, but similar to other tutoring sites. Culture felt very isolating and for a kid's company it was surprising at how no one spoke to one another. Work life balance was great though. Hardest part of the job was when duties and responsibilities kept changing.
