Pleasure to work at Kidville. Not as stressful or frustrating. The boss is very professional and accommodates sick days if you need it. Parents are very nice here. Gotta love children, gotta work in a very patient and fast way. Show love to children and smile smile smile with so much love and kindness in your face. Children feel the love. So are their parents.

The manager of the Mt. Kisco Kidville did not treat me fairly at all.

The Mt. Kisco Kidville is likely using discriminatory practices in giving work to their employees. Work that I was willing and able to do--and do well--was offered to younger employees, even after I had been there for three years and had done an exemplary job. Younger employees were even hired from the outside to do work that I should have been offered.

It was nice to go into work and not have a tradition routine because every party was different! I was able to meet various families, but also work with kids ranging to adults which is a good challenge.
