Slow motion train wreck
Company no longer exists, so you won't waste your time there.
Management listened to incompetent leaders who promoted only giving days, demanding custom development clients and give local America, running it into the ground. They took a SaaS company, turned it into a services company and destroyed it.

Great idea to help NPOs succeed.
Office location is good.
Unlimited PTO.
I can’t think of much more for the Pros.
Platform failure during Give Local America 2016- ending fundraising for most of the 9,000 participating clients.
Platform failures continued after Give Local America- always a problem. Seems the only constant is product problems.
Overly paid executives that only care about their high salaries. Lack of accountability for 2016 platform failure. Executives run around confused and with no sense of how to deal with consistent product failures.
Executives are catty and fight amongst themselves and constantly throw their staff under the bus. Incredibly unfit to lead including the CEO who has no idea how the technology works.
Overall- this company will not survive, loss of important clients, high turnover, layoffs, management not transparent about company problems. The worse thing is that NPOs are being taking advantage of with bad products, high cost and executives who taint the truth constantly.

Love supporting our clients with such positive missions. We have made great strides in adding process and consistency over the last year. I look forward to where the Kimbia team can take this unique product and great mission.

Great cause, terrible company
The customers Kimbia supports are all fighting for a noble cause.
The CEO is an accountant and has never run a software company and it shows in his poor decisions. People are treated as replaceable parts and are only superficially valued, not truly. There's a reason they are going in the direction they are.

Management Changes, Resource Issues
Meaningful mission, innovative best-of-breed product, competitive salaries
Ambitious plans are not supported by budgeting and consistency. There is a broad disconnect between upper management and the rest of the company. This has led to overuse of some employees, underuse of others, and a high attrition rate. Hiring resources are imbalanced among departments.
