Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants is indeed a fun place to work. Career opportunities are normally widely available and there is a respect for work/life balance. There is alot of diversity! Compensation is mediocre for regional managers. The culture is poor due to the high level of favoritism and you will only go as far senior management personally wants you to go. This doesn't apply to all senior managers as there are some good ones.
