Kim Seybert is a total NUTJOB who goes on tirades and constantly yells at everyone so the whole office can hear it through her closed door (that is when she even decides to close it). She screws her contractors and lies about her business. Anybody good walks away or gets fired because no normal person would ever put up with her nonsense.

The environment at Kim Seybert is toxic. The owner is manipulative and her attitude is she owns you and your time between the hours of 9 and 6. She'll expect you to do anything and everything from your actual job function, to running errands, to taking care of her dog.
I offer extra caution to anyone under the age of 35, because the owner has made it a point to repeatedly vent her frustration about working with millennials.
I wish I had read Glassdoor reviews before I accepted this position.
Do not take the job at Kim Seybert if your workplace values are autonomy, flexibility, organization, respect for boundaries, and vision for your growth in the company.

The product is amazing and the design process is incredible to be a part of or just watch. The people you meet through the company are interesting. The team you work with are great I made lifelong friends.

The owner is down right nasty and makes the work environment difficult for all. The management has everyone doing everything so the actual job you are hired to do does not get accomplished. The company is in emergency mode all the time due to either computer system changes, Warehouse changes or management changes.

Learn how to run a company. Know that your employees should be compensated for their work and should be treated as humans. Every employee in the company is treated like a personal assistant, nothing is in writing and when something goes wrong, there is a lot of back-stabbing. Classless company.
