It was a stressful experience. Constant rule changes and hand slaps. Benefits were mediocre. No job security. Saw a lot of people quit or get fired. Its not the worst but not the best either.

Comp and Benefits are dreadful
|
My benefits cost almost as much as my base salary........not sustainable for raising a family. The people who work there are generally great but the "HR" leadership for a company of that size is lacking.

The whole company is based on 1 very stringent client with bloated bureaucratic processes that end up taking up all of your time. This is a staffing agency that sells their recruiters on huge desks full of requisitions that will line their pockets, but you are merely a corporate recruiter that most likely will make less than you can get being a salaried corporate recruiter. You will get $45k plus commission, and the average deal you will do will net you about $200, so you need to do 15-20 deals a month to get close to six figures. If you are an experienced recruiter, you are better off trying to find a remote position with a good salary rather than sit in a cubicle farm and hope for a desk that will get you the money that a typical corporate recruiter will get. Also, the company is very cheap and doesn’t take care of their employees. The best part about working there is the recruiters that smile and endure in the face of adversity — those people make it bearable in the short term.

Good if you are just starting out in the business and desire a role as a true corporate recruiter, no internal competition

Middle management is very hands on and will slap your hand constantly, and upper Management hides and acts like they are the wizard of oz, also the money per deal is very low
|
