No pay increases (even cost of living)
Staff are the bottom rung and they make it known
Faculty and alumni rule the roost
Leadership hasn’t changed in years and it shows
Ineffective employees are promoted and kept around while they run off the good employees
Pay is low even for the area

Pretty campus but that is it.
|
Can and will terminate contracts without notice or reason. Says they are a “Christian” University, but what Christian lets a mother with 2 young children, who is a sole provider that is good at her job, go without warning and cut off all health benefits and pay. No reason given and only 5 weeks left of the contract. Pay is awful. Management doesn’t give 2 hoots about the staff. Dorms are awful. Academics are shameful. Buildings are in disrepair. No work/life balance and you’re penalized for having a family. No consistency with anything. Hold you to policies and procedures that are non-existent. Hostile work environment.
