Great job, great pay, wonderful staff and I loved the children tremendously. It was a joy to work at the Kingdom and help mold young minds. I was very sad when their doors closed.

Working at Kingdom at first was fun and I really felt apart of something and then slowly each day the work environment kept getting more and more toxic. There always seemed to be gossip and chatter. Immature people working and making the job almost impossible. Asking simple questions seemed to irritate them and you couldn't help anyone else out. You always had to ask the supervisor the questions and you couldn't advance. They really hold you back from any job advancement. They prevent you from making more money than the management team by your sales. Also, you never really make more than $9.00 an hour. Possibly after two years you get a 0.25 cent raise. Really wouldn't waste my breath, time or energy on working here. You truly seem to get no where. It's a dead end job that cherry picks you out.

Can't fault the hours and pay
Though the team leader at Blackburn is not qualified and acts like a baby most of the time.
Unless your his cuz or a G.
You won't last long.After first hand experience working this role I would advise to avoid the job at all costs until the team leader has left which shouldn't be too long.
