Keep up the good work! Only advice is to learn from and heed suggestions of lower level management or producers when it comes to scaling of staff. As the Kingland brand grows, having staff already in place to handle the additional responsibilities will avoid pain points and unneeded fires to put out as large projects are brought on.

There was not much to learn. As an intern, I did not learn anything to take away from this role. Strict policies, and the way interns were treated was very disappointing. This is not how a full time and an intern at other places would feel. The task from when I worked there was very monotonous and I feel this can be automated by software. The job description gave me an exception for the role that I did not see.
