Not much these days. Used to be a good company until management out of Mexico decided to take over operations in the USA, with literally no understanding of legal and regulatory standards and even less caring for contracts, SLAs and basic security frameworks.

Constantly getting notices of non-payment, services being shut off...they even 'forgot' to run payroll once after accounting was taken over from the local office.

Pay vendors and employees on time - pretend to care at least.. Reporting into teams 1700 miles away who have no clue what it takes to service customers here has only made things far worse. Risks and issues are at best acknowledged but more often, hidden then swept under the rug to be ignored.
