Great benefits for employees. Great people, including some of the long-term managers who elected and were allowed to stay.

Company restructuring, new CEO (not Greg Galvin as listed below, who quit in 2014), new top managers, significant layoffs. Management does not appreciate employee efforts, no acknowledgement, wrong asset allocations, wrong decisions. No opportunities for growth.

People here respect your opinion and will listen to your requests before making a decision. When you are starting there is usually someone to answer your questions and help you out.

Since it is a small company the only way to move up the rank is for someone to leave and you can get their position.
