Maco-management and opportunities of advancement in almost every position. Good management but not- so great product, what makes sometimes hard to please clients. Not great benefitis or vacation packages, but young culture at least. Remote positions not quite avaiable, office kind of dark.

Liars, thieves and one convict. Company is being setup for sale but it’s a mess with a tiger direct team covering it all up. The software is all patched up and my senior colleagues with the most experience have left with good reason. Company is a joke!! Not to mention their idea of hard work is 60+ weekly hours.

Good on paper
|
The company is certainly good on paper, as it provides you good experience as well as looks good on your resume. However, the downfall of the situation is Management is not honest with its employees with most things. For example you get signed off and promised quarterly bonuses and 2 months after the quarter still no bonus and they dodge the question. Secondly, they are not honest about growth intentions, they make several promises only to not fulfill them.
They make people do things that have nothing to do with your position, however do not wish to pay you what the position you are doing as well warrants.
Overall the company treats its clients with "White Glove Service" however, the employees are treated like they are customers calling Comcast India Customer Support.
