Kirkland’s is seriously the most racist company I have ever worked for. My first week I got told I’m glad they but a colored manager at this location! DM and RM are friends with HR. You can call HR a hundreds times and they will not
Care. They work SM like a dog. They pay is HORRIBLE. They DM will lie at interview and feed you lies of chance of advancement. How when everyone has been in position for 20 and 30 years! If you are at a great company do not leave it for this company.

Low pay, no benefits, kirklands feel that people are very expendable. I never quiet understood how little they cared about employees. They think the 20% discount should keep all happy. Last year they offered an eight cent per hr raise!

You know how employees do self evaluation? Kirklands CEO , cfo, evaluate yourself and your company . Have you ever unloaded one of your transfer trucks? Would you do such hard work for 8.50 per hour. Why don't you try to retain the good honest pp instead of having a revolving door? Give employees a reason to want to stay. Look at the ages of your employees, you have nothing to entice younger career oriented individuals.
