My first week I got told I’m glad they but a colored manager at this location! DM and RM are friends with HR. You can call HR a hundreds times and they will not Care. They work SM like a dog. They pay is HORRIBLE. They DM will lie at interview and feed you lies of chance of advancement. How when everyone has been in position for 20 and 30 years! I never quiet understood how little they cared about employees. They think the 20% discount should keep all happy. Why don't you try to retain the good honest pp instead of having a revolving door? Give employees a reason to want to stay.
