This is a small business where they treat you like family. Note - SMALL FAMILY business. This is not a huge corporation. Competitive salaries for those that deserve the pay. Upper management works hard to make sure you have job security and bends over backwards in a struggling market. Work environment and culture remains positive with outward thinking. Radical Candor is used when needed. Current Management team is the best it has ever been and past management issues were resolved when those that couldn't stand the heat got out of the kitchen. You work here, there is no slacking and no getting off just passing by. (guess that could be a Pro as well as a con) even the managers are working managers. The company successes are shared with the entire team (not just the managers) and they recognize that the work is done from the lowest admin all the way up to the top managers and it is always appreciated. Top executives meet quarterly on a one on one basis and there are team meetings at least once a week to go over struggles and to get feedback. Everyone in this company has a voice and the management team strives to hear it. They want to hear all comments, regardless if they are negative or positive. | The company is small so yes everyone works their butts off but success with the company becomes personal successes. Their Market is small and tends to be regional and remains mostly in the Sage channel but they are slowly expanding their horizons and looking to other products and other areas. Change is expected when needed. Unfortunately, I don't think any company can remain unchanging. I've worked for several large corporations and change happened every other year, sometimes going backwards every time the corporate big wigs changed, everything changed down the line. There is pretty much one person to do every job so obviously people are overworked. My pay was late several times, no reason behind it, a substantial reason anyway. My advice is......... don't work here. You will be mistreated and unless you're a favorite, you will be dumped on! They lose money month after month & customers are leaving because of the service & you won't get a raise, no matter how good of an employee you are! Very sad. I've never worked with such unprofessional owners as well. I felt as though they were unfair and alot of favortism.
