Terrible working environment

Slow paced and segregated work place. Managers and supervisors have no clue on what daily tasks are. No type of recognition or training on any level. They give positions to whoever kisses up to them.

Maybe run for the hills...

What I enjoy most about work are the employees, but the company as a whole needs a lot of work. Some of the teams lack structure. There's a ton of inconsistent rules and processes that most people don't even follow. On-boarding is almost nonexistent. You will absolutely be thrown in and will have to just figure it out. Though you SHOULD be a self-starter, there are certain things most companies should brief you on.
Everyone is just about overworked so the likelihood of anything being done on time is LOW. The culture is interesting as well. Heavy focus on Korean culture but they try to be inclusive- they're pretty awful at it though. Management is mm okay. I never felt inspired by anyone at Kiss. Everyone's so blah. No originality whatsoever. And the pay is ridiculously low. Maybe just consider another company, this place is just not worth it.

Pain and No Gain
|
Difficult work-culture with high exceptions but low pay. Really depends on the team you are on but 70% of the team division heads are old fashioned and just number oriented.
You will learn many skills and take a more roles that listed in your job description. It may be an okay place to start right out of college however I would not recommend it to others. Work life balance is terrible and you will not be fairly compensated for your hours.

Its a strange corporate culture. The corporate environment is heavily influenced by the Korean business culture. ( What I assume).
The hours are long, the upper management tend to be narcissistic unwilling to listen to nurture and help their team grow. There are a lot of mandated after work dinners. My direct team however, was wonderful. They were supportive and understanding of the demands since they were dealing with it too.

A boat without a captain

The managers i had within my department were the worst that i have ever experienced in my life. They literally had an abusive, psychopathic woman boss who manipulated and verbally bashed myself and my coworkers whenever she could get away with it. The company culture is like a strict Korean regime where you must always bow, address people with titles, and be pro-korean. The only thing nice about this job was the compensation which did not make up for the level of abuse given by my bosses.

The management is very old Korean cultured style.
The turnover rate is high for younger millennial due to lower average pay and management style. Coworkers are very friendly but management needs a change.
They are not innovative and stuck in 90s style.
